Time Management
Time happens whether we like it or not. We can’t control it, stop it, slow it down or rewind it (although it would be really nice if we could sometimes!). This course will not change those unfortunate facts, but it will help you to understand how you can manage yourself and influence others so that you can make the most of the time you have available.
With time management being cited as a key cause of excess pressure and stress both in the workplace and in personal lives, this course will also enable you to look at your own stress levels and learn some techniques to manage the stress in your life.
