Open Courses
Structured Training open courses cover core business areas in sales, management and leadership. Provided on a residential basis, they are a vital resource to our customers’ learning and development strategies, often being used to provide individual performance improvement through an intense injection of skill input.
All our open courses deliver:

All Structured Training open courses following some key characteristics:
- Accredited. All our open courses are CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accredited ensuring a firm link back to the individual’s wider development plan.
- Value for money. We believe learning and development should be a sustained process, rather than a one off hit. To support this we provide discount arrangements of up to 20% around complementary courses through our Learning Pathways.
- Supported by E-Learning. Our E-Learning Courses are designed to meet the requirements of individuals, teams and organisations. Participants attending any of our open courses will have the opportunity to access our E-Learning post course at a discounted rate, allowing them to extend their Learning Experience.
- Training Consultant Support. As part of the course fee, customers have the opportunity to maximise the learning gained through a telephone-based review with the training consultant who will provide input around where future development needs lie.
